How do you handle FMCSA compliance - What it includes?
Every motor carrier is required to follow FMCSA mandatory regulations at every stage of their operation - from hiring a driver to securing a load and everything in between. Our safety and compliance team works alongside your carrier across all of these requirements. We manage driver qualification files, Hours of Service, drug and alcohol programs, vehicle maintenance records, and more. We also prepare motor carriers for DOT Audits - making sure nothing is missing when an auditor shows up unannounced.
What is an OSOW permit and how long does it take to get one?
OSOW stands for Oversize and Overweight. When a load exceeds the standard legal dimensions — wider, taller, or longer than a state allows — it is considered oversize and requires a permit for every state it crosses. The same applies to weight: if the load is heavier than the standard allowed limit, an overweight permit is required per state. Processing time depends on the state and who is submitting. When a professional handles the submission, permits are obtained significantly faster — avoiding the delays that come from errors, missing documentation, or unfamiliarity with each state's requirements.
Can you help us prepare for a DOT audit?
Yes. We prepare all required documentation and conduct a full mock audit at the end of the process — so your motor carrier can see exactly where they stand before a real auditor ever walks through the door. DOT audits can happen without warning. Our goal is to make sure your carrier is always ready, not scrambling when it matters most.
Do you assist with getting trucking insurance — or only with claims?

Yes. By default, a US motor carrier does not have the authority to haul loads across the US-Canada border. We help carriers take every required step and open all necessary accounts to become Canada-eligible — unlocking a lane that pays significantly better than standard domestic freight and is out of reach for carriers who haven't done the groundwork.
